Toufic is a web accessibility professional based in Ottawa, Canada, with more than 25 years of experience in web development. He is the Director of Social Media and Visual Communications at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada and has been actively contributing to the web accessibility community since 2010. Toufic is also a Digital Accessibility Professor at Algonquin College and a co‑organizer of the #a11yyow Accessibility Camp in Ottawa. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Université du Québec en Outaouais and a Master’s degree in Public Management from the École nationale d’administration publique.
