Sang Trinh has been a manager and project leader of large Drupal deployments since 2010, when he managed the move of all internet websites at the University of Ottawa to Drupal, and since that time, has successfully managed projects large and small, from the Government of Prince Edward Island, to the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority, to the national Recalls and Alerts system, to government intranets too numerous to count. Having been involved in the process from procurement to deployment, Sang has a unique insight into how public institutions, and in particular, Governments, must operate in order to meet needs of citizens, the stringent requirements for bilingualism and accessibility, and the security steps required to achieve authority to operate.
