Nikolay is a senior back-end developer in Evolving Web. He started working with Drupal when the latest version was 6. Being a full-stack freelance developer at the time, he had gradually switched his focus to backend development, while still keeping some frontend development skills. Nikolay migrated a number of sites from Drupal 6 to Drupal 7, and then to Drupal 8 to 9. Before joining Evolving Web, Nikolay worked on the DKAN Open Data Platform based on Drupal 9. He is skilled in integrating Drupal with third-party systems and meticulously follows Drupal best practices. Lately Nikolay has also conducted research on how to port CKEditor4 plugins to CKEditor5.
